‘Fun’ stands for Functional
They had just purchased an 1920s Tudor from the Arts and Crafts era. The landscaping was clearly uninspired. We worked with the homeowner to develop a complete landscape master plan that was as functional and elegant. The family has many interests including chickens, veggie garden, fruit orchards, and play areas for their children as well as areas for entertaining guest. The master plan included local native sages, grasses, yarrow, mint, and shrubs specific to certain soils and light requirements. They also wanted native annual flowers including Clarkia, Baby Blue Eyes, 5 spot, Birds Eye Gillia and much more.
